 David Waugh
David Waugh is a senior real estate, infrastructure development and corporate executive with extensive international experience and expertise in the conception, development, privatization, financing, construction and delivery of real estate, urban regeneration, infrastructure and other major projects.
David is the former Chief Executive of the Liverpool Land Development Company. During his five years at the helm of LLDC, up to May 2007, he steered LLDC to become the most successful and effective economic and physical regeneration delivery agency in the region, creating over 10,000 jobs, working with the private sector to deliver over 3.5 million sq.ft. of commercial buildings, delivering more than 10km of new roads, over 2,000 new housing units, and over 100 ha of reclaimed land. David’s achievements with the LLDC received recognition in 2007 when he was awarded the Special Achievers Award at the Liverpool Daily Post Property Awards in 2007. David’s also has extensive international experience of commercial property development and real estate investment in major projects from the USA, Mexico, Canada and Australia to Canary Wharf in London.
