 Maria O'Brien
Maria has a strong strategic regeneration background with extensive experience in the delivery of complex, sustainable neighbourhood and housing programmes, with a strong emphasis on ensuring participation with the community and key strategic partners and agencies.
Maria also has a wealth of knowledge of the social housing sector having worked for many years as Head of Investment at the Merseyside Regional Office of the Housing Corporation prior to joining Liverpool City Council as Head of Housing Strategy and Capital Investment. More latterly Maria worked as Neighbourhood Director for the PLUS Group before going "part time" as Head of Neighbourhood Renewal at Cheshire West and
