In particular, we are looking to receive applications from people with knowledge and experience in the following area:

Individual with senior level experience operating within both public and private sectors with an acquired knowledge and appreciation of the issues surrounding Equal Opportunities; employment legislation and good practice; staff investment and development; TUPE transfers; staff negotiation activities; internal grievance procedures; dispute resolution; change management.

• Effective team player
• Ability to use initiative and handle conflicting agendas
• Willing to openly challenge proposals
• Open to learning and development
• Will prepare thoroughly for Board meetings
• Will attend a high proportion of all Board meetings
• Is enthusiastic and committed to the Group’s values and objectives
