Reporting to the Asset Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the overall management and performance of the Association’s Cyclical Maintenance and Service Contracts. You will ensure that the Association fulfils its obligations in regards to compliance with electrical systems, gas safety, asbestos, water hygiene, health and safety, fire prevention regulations and other construction related legislative requirements. You will also ensure that all programmed and cyclical work is completed on time and within budget.
