Facilities Management This part of the organisation is involved in the full range of property related services, including: Asset Management – The undertaking of detailed stock condition surveys and the development and implementation of Asset Management Strategies across the companies within the Group, including cyclical, gas servicing and planned maintenance services. Responsive Repairs Services – This includes the provision of an efficient and effective responsive repairs service within agreed timescales and service standards. Facilities Management – The Group also has a developing expertise in facilities management contracts, drawing upon the in-house expertise it has in this area, and delivered to both the public and private sectors. This is a growing part of the Group’s range of services. |
