Cosmopolitan Housing Association Limited is a traditional housing association. In the early years the organisation concentrated on the development and management of accommodation for students and young people, but the securing of a stock transfer in Halton enabled it to reposition itself as a general needs housing provider across an increasing geographical base.

Cosmopolitan Housing Association now owns and manages over 2,500 homes for a broad range of client groups in Liverpool, Knowsley, Sefton, Wirral, Halton, West Lancashire, Warrington, West Cheshire and St Helens. Cosmopolitan also acts in the landlord role for specialist Supported Housing providers across the country.
