Cosmopolitan Housing Association Limited is a charitable housing association. In its early years the organisation concentrated on the development and management of accommodation for students and young people but the securing of a major stock transfer in Halton enabled it to reposition itself as a general needs housing provider, building and managing homes for rent and sale under the Shared Ownership programme across an increasing geographical base.

 

Cosmopolitan Housing Association has developed over 200 shared ownership homes in Liverpool, Knowsley, Sefton, Wirral, Halton and West Lancashire , giving first time buyers a helping hand onto the property ladder.
